what date of service do I use when billing 59425 or 59425. some coders say use first ante-partum visit date and some say last visit date. I use first visit date then I put each visit date in box 19. is this correct?

I use the last date if the span is too long. Some payers such as UHC have a 60 filing limit and if you use the first antepartum date they deny it for timely. If I know I won't be denied for timely filing I use the first date.
