I had a patient who underwent a dilation and curettage, diagnostic hysteroscopy, excision of cervical cyst. I am trying to figure out which CPT code would be the best to use for this surgery. Her Dx is cervical cyst 2.5cm Any help would be appreciated!

The diagnostic hysteroscopy with D&C will be 58558. The only code for removal of a cervical cyst would be 57500. This code is not bundled into 58558. However, if you only have a Dx of a cervical cyst I doubt that will support the hysteroscopy with D&C so would suggest you back to the provider for additional indications for this part of the surgery.
