we plan to screen our OB patients for depression and anxiety at their initial OB exam and again at 28 weeks and at pp at hospital, if they show any signs of depression or anxiety we are having them come back 2 weeks after delivery for a office visit to screen them again. Is this billable out side the OB package?

The initial and subsequent screenings during pregnancy and pp at the hospital are included, but once the patient exhibits signs and symptoms of depression or anxiety (and this is clearly documented in the medical record), she is no longer a "screening" candidate and would be seen for evaluation and treatment of her condition. Keep in mind, however, that some payers will not reimburse an ob/gyn for treatment of mental health disorders so be sure of policy before billing.
