ICD-10 code for pregnant patient having genetic testings, 11 weeks because she has maternal mosaic Turner's (X,partial X)

As you have stated the question I do not know if you are testing the fetus for damage because the patient has the condition (in which case I would report Z36.0) or that you are testing the mother to see if she is a genetic carrier (but does not have any symptoms of the disease herself) in which case I would go with Z13.71.
