Ok, Our physician did a supracervical hysterectomy with partial trachelectomy and bilateral salpingectomy to treat a 13 wk iufd, mom had previa and poss accrete with history of endo ablation with 3 previous c/sections. Does this qualify for a gyn or ob procedure????????

I would need to see the op note on this one. From a diagnostic perspective it would be coded using OB complication codes, but coding for the hysterectomy would depend on any other procedures performed at the same time.
