When a Provider has an ob patient comes in the office because they felt discharge or loss of fluid, when they perform a nitrazine paper test (83986) is the billable or should be considered part of the global package?

Yes, you may bill for it as it is a lab test, not included in the global package. It is also a CLIA waived test.
