Our physician performed a lap sacral colpopexy , sling, rectocele repair with vaginal and para vaginal defect repair
Also an umbilical hernia repair and re closure of vaginal cuff dehiscence.

The patient with lucite rod after placing sutures was noted to have dehiscence of the vaginal cuff approx 4 CM and the blue of the lucite rod could be visualized and there was only peritoneum that was separating the area of dehiscence of the vaginal cuff. A 2-0 vicryl suture was used in figure of eight interrupted fashion X 4 to close the area .

Would we code unlisted code 58999? 12020? 57200? for vaginal cuff dehiscence

This would be unlisted, 58999, but do not be surprised if this repair is bundled with the other procedures performed as being incidental.
