2007 CPT states a "repair" is 'fixing device without replacement of either catheter or port/pump, other than pharmacologice or mechanical correction of intracatherter or pericatheter occlusion.'
Codes 36575, 36576

If it is repositioned with fluoroscopic guidance use 36597
