Is is appropriate to bill these 2 CPT codes together?

As 58552 describes a laparoscopic hysterectomy with removal of tubes and ovaries, if the lesions removed were on the ovaries or tubes which were then removed, the answer would be no. If a lesion was found elsewhere and removed so that you also had a separate diagnosis to support the removal, then you can bill both.
