Our Physician did a LSC pelvic and para aortic lymphadenectomy along with a radical resection of abdominal wall abscess . He's looking to bill 38572 and 22905. Would 22905 be incorrect as it is doesn't state that code is LSC approach

No, 22905 is an open abdominal procedure. I would go with 49329 and compare the work to 22905
