For CCI edits, I prefer the National Correct Coding Primer by Part B News
Group. It is updated quarterly and comes with software "Correct Code Chek".
It lists the mutually exclusive codes and coding edits for comprehensive
codes with either the "0" or "1" so you can know when you can bill with a
-59 or not. I use my ACOG manual a lot, but not for the edits as they change
quarterly. I understand you can get a copy of the edits from CMS for a fee,
but I like having the software. Just an another option for you to consider.
