If a patient is seen in the clinic at 39 weeks and cervical ripening performed and patient delivers the next day, can you bill CPT 59200? What diagnosis would you use if 59200 is billed for a patient at termed

Yes, you can bill 59200. What was the reason for the cervical ripening at term? That is the diagnosis you would have to use.
