Not sure what CPT code to use

Indications:The patient is a 27 year old African American/Black female that was found to have a horizontal remanat of female circumcision at vaginal opening. After being presented with the risks, benefits and specific details of the procedure, her questions were answered
Procedure:The patient was placed on the table in a dorsal lithotomy position and draped in the appropriate manner. The area was prepped with betadine . The area was injected with 1 cc's of 1% marcaine with epinephrine, using a 25 gauge needle. After adequate anesthesia was reached, the horizontal skin remnant was incisde int he midline with a 15 blade. The skin disc was elevated and scissors used to cut the underlying tissue.
The specimen was placed in formalin and sent to pathology for evaluation. Pressure was applied to the biopsy site to control bleeding and 2 interrupted sutures of 4-0 vicryl were used to close the wound. Hemostasis was adequate.
The patient tolerated the procedure well. There were no complications.

I would recommend 56605 for this. It matches the description of work for this using the CPT vignette.
