Per the op note they did a colposcopy (57452) and cervical ablation with laser (57513). Unfortunately, 57452 is permanently bundled into 57513 so your only option would be 57513-22. However, you would need much better documentation in my opinion to support significant additional work so I would consult with the physician about this. Your diagnosis will be N86
