I need a CPT code for Excision of a Vulva Abscess/Furnucle ? Doctor states >3cm.

I would need to see a description of the work to give you a better idea for coding. We already know that 56405, Incision and drainage of vulva or perineal abscess, would not be correct as you are stating it was an excision of the area. For the most part, payers will not accept a vulvectomy code for this type of surgery, but you might want to look to the integumentary codes for the external genitalia and this was certainly more work than a biopsy of the vulva (56605). The code option for this size would be 11424 assuming a simple closure.
