My NP did the following in the office. The patient had her baby back in August 2020 and was dx with granulation tissue at obstetrical laceration site. skin prepped/local 2ml lido/epi
The NP noted: Blade excision through the pedunculation of granuloma at fourchette, 1 cm sent to path bleeding controlled with monsels/silver nitrate
What cpt code should I use for this. Thank You!
