with the new e/m guidelines. would a normal pessary cleaning be 99212 now. Here is a copy of the note

This visit would not normally require an exam and history - just medical decision making which in my opinion was low complexity as they did address the buldging issue. I would say 99213. I do not see total time documented for this encounter, but again, in my opinion, populating the record with an unnecessary history and extra exam elements (other than genitalia) wastes everyone's time.
