I am unable to find a cpt code for removal of retained cerclage sutures 6 weeks after the delivery. Any Advice???

How were they removed and by whom? So first, all suture removal is included in the original procedure no matter when performed unless the removal was required under general anesthesia (then look at 15850 and 15851). If the removal took place at the time of the 6 week PP check-up then consider it part of the E/M service if they were removed easily with scissors. If the removal required a local anesthetic you could consider an unlisted code, but then the work would need to be significant to get paid.
