for procedures 58555 58558 58563 there is a 0 post of days. can you still bill a normal post op no issues or concerns? or is this billable? If NOT billable where can I find a resource that says it's part of the global.

Yes you can bill a post-op visit separately. Your Dx, however, is going to be Z09 and it will be up to the provider to allow the visit as medically indicated. You can also use a history code the Z09 such as V13.29 if there was not a history of dysplasia.
