We had a doctor removal an ingrown lash by making a small incision with a needle and then using the tip slid the lash out. Woud you bill CPT 67820 or something else? It sounded very simple.

If the doctor made an incision I would use 67830 (Correction of
trichiasis;incision of lid margin)
