64420 and 64421 Procedure for RFA: INTERCOSTAL NERVE for Inercostal Neuralgia
1. Radiofrequency ablation on the LEFT intercostal nerve at T11, fluoroscopically guided. 2. Radiofrequency ablation on the LEFT intercostal nerve at T12, fluoroscopically guided
What other Dx can I use for Inercostal Neuralgia. My doctor used M79.89, but was rejected by Medicare it is not on the LCD?
